  1. I don’t know if mine is the same as yours…but here it is..
    3 c. oats
    1 c. brown sugar
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt
    1 cup milk
1/2 c. margarine or butter, melted
    2 eggs, beaten
    additional milk
In a mixing bowl, combine first 8 ingred. Spoon into a greased 9″ square baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 Minutes. Serve warm with milk. 9 servings

This recipe makes me laugh because one time my Dad & step Mom were visiting me (before they moved close by) and I made this for breakfast, not knowing my Dad HATES oatmeal. So now, it’s a joke, I ask him if he wants to come over for some baked oatmeal. We LOVE it!!

  2. THANK YOU!!!!!!!!! What would I do without baked oatmeal every week!? πŸ™‚

  3. This has nothing to do with baked oatmeal, but I noticed your Kingdom Vision International link over there on the side. Do you know anything about adopting through them? I went to their website and emailed them for some info. but didn’t know if you knew anything ‘personally’ about them. Do you know anyone who has adopted through them? Do you know about how much an adoption through them is? Etc.etc.etc….hey…info. on KVI and what you know about them….great blogging idea for you !!! it will benefit me anyways πŸ™‚
